Velvet Tux - Feelin'
I just got this shown to me. Yes it has been a while since I posted on the blog and I have no idea why. I think it’s the excessive motorcycle riding. I’ve only had my bike for 2 weeks and have already clocked 400 miles! But this, this is definitely worth posting. It’s so deep and blimey it’s one hell of a remix of Velvet Tux’s track ‘Feelin’, remixed by...

SHYSTIE - BAD GYAL [OFFICIAL VIDEO]
Shystie dropped the video for her brand new single “Bad Gyal”. I’ve definitely been getting the vibe off this after hearing it on radio numerous times. Heck even JME is bigging it up! The single is released on May 7th, and her EP titled ‘Pink Mist’ will drop soon after. The video is dope, all of you need to check it out! Jamie x

OFAV? Who's this guy? →
Now you’re probably wondering, “Jamie, why the hell are you posting acoustic stuff? And OFAV? Why the rubbish change in name?”
Well wonder no more, people, as this is not Jamie, neither has he changed the name of the blog. This is OFAV (OneFourAudioVisual) and I have joined Jamie and his blog in his mission to bring you everything related to the artistic world.
Trying to put...

Full Tilt - Take Me Away
Deep progressive house label Anjunadeep, sister label of Anjunabeats which is owned by Above and Beyond, released Full Tilt’s ‘Take Me Away’ single yesterday and I absolutely love it. It features two tracks, the Original Mix and the Andrew Bayer & James Grant remix. The Andrew Bayer & James Grant mix is featured on the Anjunadeep 04...

Big up to freshbox supporting!
freshbox:
One of Freshbox’s favourite UK talents is back with a second YABLDN Hip-Hop session. Bars, on bars, on bars of pure, raw talent over a dope beat has come to epitomise Random P and this session shows this at its best. Be on the watch for more material and visuals from the rising MC.

Duct - Circles EP (Review)
It’s not often I randomly wake up and decide to write a review of an artist’s EP, especially one that I know very well. The process usually consists of exchanging various Facebook messages about when the review will be uploaded, what it will say, stuff like that. But for this one, I’m feeling creative, productive and fueled on coffee this lovely morning/afternoon so I thought...

Nu'Hippy - F*CK THE PEACE (Event Review) + The...
It was the first time I had ever went to the Barfly venue in good old Camden, land of the North London hipster. The music was buzzing, the beer was flowing - Red Stripe of course - and the vibes were floating in the air.
The night I attended was Nu’Hippy’s “F*CK THE PEACE” event which saw Tides, Hounds, The Chase and Spanish band Layabouts...

Chilled Drum and Bass for those who like it calm.
There’s some new chilled DNB that will be released on Monday. Record label Real Playaz will be releasing Sub Zero’s new EP, titled Bi Polar on vinyl and digital download.
The release is pretty darn relaxing, which is a bit different from what Real Playaz normally release. This doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad however because this release is absolutely top notch.
My...

Warsnare - Eris EP (Review)
YAB London Rating: ★★★★★
Today marks the second release of South London bass label Shades of Grey and also it marks the debut release of producer Warsnare and his EP!
As you can probably tell, it is released under Shades of Grey Recordings and they have a great reputation for broadcasting some of the finest and most authentic bass sounds. Well I like to think so anyway because I haven’t...
